Meet Don Tiger.

I've been a financial professional for over 31 years. Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, I have a firm grasp on the local real estate market. Being a licensed mortgage banker gives me a decisive advantage over the competition — I'm able to underwrite and fund internally, and my company chooses its own proven vendors. That means appraisals, title work, and general follow-up come from a trusted, proven source rather than a third party.

I'm also a licensed financial registered representative holding numerous financial licenses, including a Series 7. With an accounting and finance background, I can talk through present and future values, budgeting, credit analysis, and many topics a standard mortgage adviser is limited on.

With over 31 years of loan-originating experience, I can work with anyone and any scenario. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and recreation — and have a penchant for horses.
